CAN I FIX IT?

WILL MY DOG HURT THE FLOOR?
Dog nails can damage any floor, but pre-oiled floor don’t show the nails mark or indentations
WILL IT CHANGE COLOR?
As a natural wood product you can expect a certain amount of color variation caused by force of nature.
IS IT SAFE & NATURAL?
Amazing Floors uses no solvents or dangerous chemical, only 100% natural vegetable oils
WHAT IF I SPILL ON IT?
Simply wipe up the spill and clean as necessary
IS IT SLIPPERY?
Unlike urethane surface, pre-oiled floors are slip resistant even wet
CAN I GO KITCHENS & BATHROOMS?
Because pre-oiled floors breathe, moisture passes out of the floor and allows application in damp areas.
WILL MY FLOOR CUP OR WARP?
Because of the breath ability of our impregnated oil finish, Amazing Floors will not cup or warp due to moisture build-up
IS IT STAIN OR PAINT ?
No, it’s a mix of plant’s resins that create the colors (100% vegetable oil )
IS IT EASY TO SCRATCH ?
you cannot scratch the finish, ex :put some oil on your arm & try to scratch the oil, what happened ? you going to scratch your skin not the oil. It’s the same thing with the wood and if by accident you scratch it with something heavy you can repair de damage area only with a repair kit
WHAT IS THE MAINTENANCE?

WHAT SPECIES DO YOU OFFER?
Larch, red oak, silver maple and ash.
WHAT IS LARCH ?
It’s the hardest and semi-hard wood that practically does not react to the water and variation of humidity. It’s rating 750 pound per cubic inch (white pine 250 and silver maple 1100) Comparable to Dade County pine
WHY PRE OILED INSTEAD OF POLYURETHANE FINISH ?
1- If you have moisture problem, the polyurethane product wil cup, because the polyurethane finish keep the humidity inside the wood at the opposite the pre-oiled product can breathe and prevent the cupping and other problems
2- In commercial use, if after a few years the color change in the most traffic area, you don’t have to sand the floor you just add colored oil the same way that if you apply stain on a piece of wood.
3-After a few years, if you want to refresh the finish of your floor, you don’t have to sand it like all the other floors, you just apply the renovating oil and polish by hand with a wool cloth or use a polisher with a white pad
WHAT IS THE SUB FLOOR PREPARATION ?
If your concrete humidity level is not superior to 5% you can glue the pre-oiled floors directly on concrete using Bostik’s Best. You can also glue on tiles, marbles and terrazzo.
CAN I INSTALL IT AS A FLOATING FLOOR ?
Yes, the pre-oiled larch, because of it’s capacity to resist to the variation of humidity, it can be install as a floating floor
IF I REDECORATE MY HOME, CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF MY FLOOR ?
Yes you just sand your floor and reapply a colored oil of your choice and a finishing oil
